For the best support, a sports bra should always feel a little bit tighter in the band than a regular bra - This specific style has a tendency of fitting snug in the band, so you may want to size up. For example, if you normally wear a 32 band, you may want to try a 34 band in this style.
This offers a shallow 'compression' fit through the cup. If you fall in between sizes, we recommend sizing up in the cup.
