Returns and Exchanges

If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase (or delivery date), the exchange period has expired.

In-Store Purchases and Local Pickup:
Exchange Policy: All in-store purchases and local pickup orders are non-refundable. These purchases may be eligible for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE within 14 days of purchase date with original packaging and tags attached. Items must be unworn and unwashed. *Products that are gift cards, intimate, panties, all types of clearance items, men's underwear, stockings, or any item that is sticky/silicone are FINAL SALE.* 


Shipped Online Purchases
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.

FINAL SALE: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged. We do not accept products that are intimate (teddies, babydolls with g-string, bathing suits), panties, men's underwear or any item that is silicone, sticky or liquid. Anything that has a crotch inseam is a final sale. Clearance items are final sale regardless of type. Gift cards are final sale.

To complete your return, we require the original receipt.

Any item not in its original condition, or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is a FINAL SALE.

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery is not valid for return or credit. 

Refunds (Shipped Online Purchases Only)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days. 

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Clearance Items 
Markdown items cannot be refunded or exchanged. These items are a FINAL SALE.

Exchanges 
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at purplecactuslingerie@gmail.com.
