Returns and Exchanges

In-Store Purchases and Local Pickup:
HOLIDAY EXCHANGE POLICY: All in-store purchases and local pickup orders are non-refundable. These purchases may be eligible for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE by January 15 with original packaging and tags attached. Items must be unworn and unwashed and in new condition.

Products that are intimate (teddies, babydolls, anything that includes a g-string, rompers), panties, all types of clearance items, men's underwear, stockings, or any item that is sticky/silicone/liquid are FINAL SALE. Gift Cards are FINAL SALE.


Shipped Online Purchases:
HOLIDAY EXCHANGE POLICY: These purchases may be eligible for exchange or refund by January 15 with original packaging and tags attached. Items must be unworn and unwashed and in new condition.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags attached. To complete your return, we require the original receipt. If you send back an item that is not eligible for return, you will not receive a refund for it.

FINAL SALE: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged. We do not accept products that are intimate (such as teddies, babydolls, anything that includes a g-string, rompers), panties, men's underwear or any item that is silicone, sticky or liquid. Anything that has a crotch inseam is a final sale. Clearance items are final sale regardless of type. Gift cards are final sale.
Any item not in its original condition, or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is a FINAL SALE.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery is not valid for return or credit. 

 

Refunds (Shipped Online Purchases Only)

You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping. We recommend that the item is sent tracked so that you can monitor the progress of the package.

Once your return is received, it will be inspected. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days. If the return is not approved, an email will be sent explaining the reason(s).

Clearance/Sale Items 

Items with reduced prices cannot be refunded or exchanged. These items are FINAL SALE.

 

Defects & Damages 

We may replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email with the date/time of purchase, and photos of the defect/damage at purplecactuslingerie@gmail.com. You can also contact us at this email with any questions or concerns regarding your purchase.

 

Late or missing refunds 

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your credit card. If you haven’t received a refund within a few business days, please check your account again.

Then contact your bank or credit card company. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
