Delivery Policy

  1. Orders are Subject to Availability

While we do our best to ensure online inventory levels are accurate, there is always the possibility of data errors. Our online inventory is reflective of our in-store inventory - items may be sold in-store before the website updates the inventory or there may have been a miscount.

In the event that an item you ordered online has been sold or is not found, you will be refunded for the item. If we have something similar, we may contact you to offer a substitution.

  1.  Delivery Location - Canada Only

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Canada. Shipments outside of Canada are not available.

  1.  Delivery Time Estimates

An estimated delivery time may available to you from the carrier once your order is entered into their system. Delivery times are estimates only. Once your package is provided to the carrier it is under the control of that system. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 15 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Please note we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

  1. Shipping Costs

A flat fee shipping cost will be charged. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. The shipping cost is not refundable unless we made an error.

Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

  1. Damaged Items in Transport
